Lemon Chia Smoothie Bowl

A blend of bananas, peaches, pineapples, coconut milk, Amino VITAL ACTION Lemon and much more!

 Smoothie Ingredients

– 2 frozen bananas
– ½ cup frozen peaches
– ½ cup frozen pineapple
– ½ cup light coconut milk
– 1 Amino VITAL Lemon packet
– 1 teaspoon hemp seeds
– ½ teaspoon turmeric powder (optional)

Chia Pudding Ingredients

– ½ cup chia seeds
– 2 cups light coconut milk
– 1-2 tablespoons maple syrup
– 1 tablespoon lemon juice
– ½ tsp vanilla extract

Instructions

1) Peel two ripe bananas and transfer into an airtight container. Set in the freezer overnight.
2) Chia pudding: Combine chia seeds, coconut milk, maple syrup, lemon juice, and vanilla extract
in a bowl. Whisk together until thoroughly combined. Set aside to thicken.
3) Smoothie: Combine frozen bananas, frozen peaches, frozen pineapple, coconut milk, Amino
Vital lemon packet, hemp seeds, and (optional) turmeric in a high-speed blender. Blend until
smooth.
4) Transfer both the smoothie and chia pudding to bowl(s). Add toppings of choice. Serve.
*Makes 2-3 servings.
