Pineapple Mint Matcha Ginger Juice

All of the measurements are approximates. Feel free to add any ingredients you desire!

What you will need:

  • Juicer
  • Blender
  • Coffee grinder
Ingredients
  • 2 tbsp Flax Seed
  • 2 tsp Green Tea-Matcha Powder
  • 2 tsp Hemp Seeds
  • 2 tsp Chia Seeds
  • 2 Carrots (cut in 3 or 4 pieces)
  • 2 Green Apples
  • 4-5 sprigs Mint with stem / leaves
  • Optional: Peeled clementine   OR    ½ pear with peel
  • 2 tsp Lemon juice
  • Flax seed mixture from grinder
  • Juice from juicer
  • 1 packet Amino VITAL product of choice
  • 1-2 Minced ginger (or pieces of pickled ginger)
  • 1 tsp Turmeric Powder
  • 1/2 cup Frozen Pineapple
  • Optional: Fresh Spinach
Instructions

Blend finely in grinder:

  • Flax seed
  • Green Tea-Matcha Powder
  • Hemp Seeds
  • Chia Seeds

Juice in juicer:

  • Carrots
  • Green Apples
  • Sprigs of Mint
  • Peeled Clementine or 1/2 Pear
Blend previous mixtures in blender along with:
  • Lemon Juice
  • Amino VITAL product of choice
  • Minced ginger (or pieces of pickled ginger)
  • Turmeric powder
  • Frozen pineapple
  • Fresh Spinach
 Blend until blended and enjoy.

Ingredients

For Grinder

  • 2 tbsp flax seed
  • 2 tsp green tea-matcha powder
  • 2 tsp hemp seeds
  • 2 tsp chia seeds

For Juicer

  • 2 carrotes cut in 3-4 pieces
  • 2 green apples
  • 4-5 sprigs mint with stems/leaves
  • 1/2 pear with peel (optional)
  • 1 peeled clementine (optional)

For Blender

  • 2 tsp lemon juice
  • 1 packet Amino VITAL product of choice
  • 1-2 minced ginger
  • 1 tsp turmeric powder
  • 1/2 cup frozen pineapple
  • fresh spinach (optional)

Instructions

  1. Blend flax seed, green Tea-Matcha powder, hemp seeds, and chia seeds finely in grinder.


  2. Juice the carrots, green apples, mint and peeled clementine or pear in juicer.

  3. Blend the previous mixtures along with lemon juice, Amino VITAL product of choice, ginger, turmeric powder, frozen pineapple and fresh spinach.
